Western Sky Designs installs integrated waterproofing and underdeck ceiling systems for residential properties throughout Denver, CO. Building methods focus on technical precision and weather-rated components to create a dry, usable area beneath an elevated deck. From panel drainage systems to aluminum ceilings, each installation shields the lower patio from snow, rain, and runoff across Colorado.
Since 1996, founder Brian LaFave has managed complex residential construction projects across the North Front Range, with 300+ decks built and a 3-week average project build time. This family-owned business prioritizes structural stability and technical accuracy to create durable exterior environments. The small, dedicated team delivers “Built Different, Built Better” results for homeowners in Lafayette, Erie, and Boulder.
